AJ-san and Cam-san in JAPAN!-A novel (long) travel zine about two queers traveling the unknown of Tokyo JAPAN, with helpful tips that you can use and some writing that you may or may not find interesting.

Lets rewind a bit...I write for a living, my love of writing has taught me nothing but understanding about one’s journey in life and in this world. What I write about, how my writing is, or if my writing sucks (it doesn’t) you’re not here to judge.

The writing in this zine is all over the place, but it’s readable and needing to be shared with you and this insane world right now. I write in the darkness and this zine was made in just that, me struggling with an drug addiction, but just trying to live life and make it out okay.
Trigger warnings are all throughout this zine to save you and your triggers and your mental health. So just make sure you read the top part of each new chapter before you begin.

Enough with my ramble.
So what’s this zine about?

I WENT TO JAPAN last month (February 2020) after getting a big check (you’ll have to read this zine to find out from where)
I’ve been struggling to make ends and my girlfriend had been paying for a lot of things and so I wanted to treat her to something she has always wanted to do and plus I feel bad because I’m struggling as a human.
But sad shit aside..

We went to Japan and had the time of our lives! I will not forget the 10 hour flight to get there, how sore my back still is from sleeping on the hard beds and pillows. I write all of this along with some of the hardships that Camille (my girlfriend) and I had, the food we eat, the places we went to, along with some of the things we loved and disliked (hate is a strong word)
You also get some helpful tips on what to pack, what I packed (if you care) and the things that were useful for me, along with a side of what I think is funny writing. This zine has 42 PAGES and is in full colour. I promise you that it will take you on a roller coaster that you may or may not want to be on but it’s worth it I promise! It also has a page with all the photos that I took of all the vending machines that I had seen, plus a ton more of pages with all the photos that I took on our Tokyo adventures.

This listing includes the following:

1- AJ-san and Cam-san in JAPAN zine. (Large zine)

1- AJ-san and Cam-san in JAPAN part 2 more things left unsaid. (Mini zine)

1- Postcard/photo from our trip to Japan.
Plus whatever freebies I have going for the month.

And right now if you spend over $13 in my shop you also get an exclusive Kitkat for FREE!
So if you order this bundle you will also be getting a Japanese Kitkat that I brought back from Japan!
(ONLY while supples last-limited)

At the end of the large zine I have added a dedication to someone in my life who meant a lot to me, as well as I write about the 2 not for profit organizations that I’m donating $2 dollars ($1 each organization) from each sale of this zine from now March 2020 until July 2020 in hopes that with this donated money I can help these important organizations.

And The organizations I am donating to are:

-Wet’suwet’en for my brothers/sisters and non binary humans who just want what is theirs.
You can read a lot more about this on google, if you’re not sure what I’m talking about.

-The Quinterra Legacy Garden which is an Organization here in my city (Calgary) and involves a sweet friend of mine who died in the tragedy in Brentwood.
(I write about a really good podcast to listen to in this zine if you’re not familiar with this case)

And whatever is left after shipping, processing, Etsy fees and having a coffee I will be donating the rest to who this zine is dedicated to till July 2020.

Thank you for supporting me in my time and a lot of others time of need, this zine with it being so long will sure help keep you busy if you have to be in quarantine, or if you’re like me and just stays home always and reads then this zine is for you.

I know the price is a bit higher then all my other large zines but the price is because this zine is in full colour, and is 42 pages long and has a ton of good freebies! But I still hope you’ll support me! And if not me don’t forget to support local and small, we all could use it!

Take care of yourself! Koi
