A blend of premium Kosher sea salt smoked with alder, fine pink Himalayan salt, and wild foraged Rocky Mountain juniper berries, which have been carefully dried and ground to preserve maximum flavour.

Juniper berries impart a pleasant pine-esque aroma, and flavor with citrusy notes due to their beta-pinene and limonene terpene content. This salt is a pantry staple in my home, and I hope you love it as much as we do in my little queer, chosen family!
