My heart is non binary was made when I first fell into my drug addiction for I didn’t know how long my life would be, or how it would turn out to be. So I started writing 10 years ago little poems that really meant nothing to me now. but more to me at that time in my life, I always loved writing it’s something that has helped me through the darkest of nights, until my life took a turn and has put me on a path that I didn't want to be. You see I wrote this book to tell myself and those who read it too, that it’s okay to struggle, fuck it you don’t even have to pick yourself up off the floor right now, as long as you stay around, I wrote this poetry book with poems that are about love, happiness or more so when the happiness came by, darkness and how I stayed alive, and holding on and not wanting to be strong but doing it anyway and gender identity and what it means to be yourself out there and being non binary, which is what I like to go by.
