Mugwort has been trusted for centuries for its protective, medicinal, and magical properties. With many names - from "midge-plant" to "St. John's Plant" - this versatile herb is part of the Artemisia genus, with wormwood boasting a higher concentration of its active ingredient. Native to Europe, Asia, Northern Africa, and Alaska, mugwort is used for many purposes, from seasoning fatty meats to aiding lucid dreaming. It is also believed to keep evil at bay, increase fertility, and promote astral travel. As a dreamy, bitter herb, mugwort is a protector on your journey to the space between deep rest and waking. Call on her to help understand your dreams and access the collective unconscious.

Our mugwort is homegrown in a pesticide-free garden and air dried. The growing conditions and packaging conditions have not been evaluated by Health Canada and are thus are not sold for human consumption. These are for spiritual purposes only.

Please be mindful that people who are pregnant or intend to become pregnant should not consume mugwort. Mugwort can be toxic in high doses. Our mugwort is primarily whole leaf, but contains a small amount of stem and flower. There is a small chance that weed debris might make it into your package of mugwort.
